Northwest Territories

The territorial Department of Education, Culture, and Employment in the Northwest Territories is responsible for postsecondary education. Aurora College is the only post-secondary institution in the Northwest Territories with three main campuses and learning centers throughout the province.

The territory government had made post-secondary education one of its top priorities and is committed to ensuring the increase in participation and opportunities for all residents. In doing so, this will also become greatly beneficial to not only the student but the communities in which they live and work, and to the all-around economic growth of the province as a whole.
